I put the show on at Christchurch…. They are lovely people and incredible musicians .. apparently the actual Electric Light Orchestra were on TV later on Friday night and several friends said this band were better !! You won’t be disappointed….

We did not expect that!!!! What a show, absolutely amazing. This band are fantastic. Mary, your violin playing sent shivers up my back, and the total sound of the performances were beyond belief. Thank you ALL for a splendid and unforgettable evening. We really loved it...Joan and Bryan x

Get this for outstanding approval and praise, my friend, an ex army buddy is a good pal with Jeff Lynne's sister Andrea who on hearing that we were both going to the Maldon concert, rang her brother who spoke very highly of 'ELO Encounter' saying they were the best he had heard. What more recommendation could you wish for, sounds like its going to be a good night, see you there folks.

Seen at Braintree Institute- brilliant 🤩: loved the electric violin & cello added sound

Having seen ELO, Part 2 and The Orchestra on several occasions, I can honestly say that this band were absolutely brilliant last night at Maldon. How fantastic to hear 10538 Overture, Tightrope, Prologue done properly, and of course “turn me over”! Yes, I did come in a Part 2 tour t-shirt, still in mourning for Kelly Groucutt you see, but your bassist did a fantastic job. All credit too to Mary-Kate, Mik would be proud of you! Can’t wait to see you again at a larger venue with your cellists.

I had a podiatrist appointment today at St, Peters hospital here in Maldon, was telling her about the concert at the town hall, when suddenly she says "my boyfriend is the bass guitarist for them". Turns out not "the ELO Encounter" but the other Essex based ELO tribute band......But still...Small world or what ??

Fabulous band. We saw them at The Institute Braintree. Honestly you will not be disappointed. So bloody good.

ELO Encounter Will you be playing Hornchurch, Barking or Romford later in the year ? I was at the Brentwood concert last year, the sound wasn't as good as some of your previous shows, I'm also going to see 10cc a few days later in Southend.
